NBK – The Saga Continues… – Updated again

Day ??? + 3:

“Dear Mr Mjkout,  the related department have confirmed that your problem is resolved please let us know if you get more messages”

later …

Beep Beep    beep  Beep     New SMS     heh gueass what  MR 0110 just got 200KD 😛

Day ???:  i really lost count

“Your account 0110 has been debited with 200.000 KWD on 17/10, 22:18. The available balance of your account is 44.250 KWD.”

Day 6.5:

“Your account 0110 has been debited with 50.000 KWD on 12/10, 10:59. The available balance of your account is 244.250 KWD.”

So i call the guys at 801801 again.. after waiting for so long and listening to their advertisements  i got  connected to one of the operators and explain to him the whole story again … guess what .. he goes like : HA !! Shloon ? aslan mayseer ?! ….

and when i told him about the pin code confirmation he almost blew his mind out.. but thank god there was no pin code in the message.

so after searching for some time he found nothing and decided to forward a complain to another department and will ” call me back  when they reply” 😛 yeah right..

Day 6: Spoken Too Soon:

“Your account 0110 has been debited with 200.000 KWD on 11/10, 19:42. The available balance of your account is 294.250 KWD.”

i thought their reply was too good to be true..

how hard can it be to search for a phone number in the database and find our where is it duplicated … 6 Days ?? and still nothing..

NBK : a bank you know and trust !?? i guess i know it well enough to not trust it anymore with confedentiality..

P.S: nbk   try this query ” SELECT COUNT(*) from YOUR_SMS_DB where PHONE_NUMBER =”MY_NUMBER_THAT_YOU_ALL_KNOW_BY_NOW”      if the result was 2   the delete it from the account 0110 and someone contact him/her to change his number.. i know its too hard for you to do but bear with me and do it once in your lifetime.

after this incident and many more previous incidents with them it seems NBK have thier own definition to  “Customer care”  where the Customer should Care for them not the other way around.
